PET POLICY Many of our guests have allergies, so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we are happy to recommend some alternatives nearby in our ’Pet Friendly Home’ collection. QUIET POLICY This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire with Property Manager about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance. Note: If applicable, reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ days. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require additional verification for the safety of our homeowners and guests. Required documentation includes: • A clear photo of a government-issued ID • A full-face selfie of the primary guest holding the ID (must match the reservation name) • A photo showing the last four digits of the payment method in the primary guest’s name Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
