Villa Olivella is a charming property in the heart of Itria Valley few kilometers from the white city of Ostuni, this beautiful property has a perfect location for those who loves to explore the wonderful region of Apulia with historical hamlet like Alberobello (with the Trulli quarter), Cisternino, Ceglie and of course Ostuni, guest can also easily reach the Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches.
The villa has a great private outside area surrounded by centenary olive trees, guest will have a private infinity pool 10x4 mt. at its exclusive use facing the olive grove, equipped with elegant sunlounges and umbrellas, there are different covered areas some equipped with external sofas where to enjoy a glass of wine, one area is equipped with table chars and external cooking area for al fresco meals.
Villa Olivella inside covers over 120 square meters all in one floor, elegantly equipped, the entrance leads to a bright living area with sofas, fire place, and sat tv, a dining table and open plan kitchen very well equipped, with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, espresso machine etc.
The night area consist in a double bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower, second twin room with private bathroom and third double room with queen bed and a bathroom in the hall.
The villa also feature a small trullo suite with Turkish bath at the guest disposal. Villa Olivella has air conditioning, free wifi, satellite TV, washing machine, private parking.
