GAMES AREA There are board games and a projector available. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 300 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 6 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a private plunge pool. The pool is 40ft x 10ft with a depth of 5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Breakfast is complimentary - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Badminton, pickleball, tennis, table tennis, cricket, and football are available at the clubhouse (approx. 900m away) at an additional cost - Bonfire services are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. You can drive all the way up to the entrance. - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional charge of Rs. 1000. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
