Spread over two levels, the home features an open-concept main floor with a bright and welcoming living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and includes a king bed and en suite bathroom, along with direct access to a large private deck. Both the living area and bedroom open to this serene outdoor space, where you can enjoy peaceful lagoon views and cook out on the gas grill.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin custom bunks over two queen beds—share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, making this layout perfect for families or groups. The villa also includes a washer and dryer, along with provided bed linens and bath towels for a hassle-free stay. To make your vacation even easier, this home comes stocked with four adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs, giving you everything you need to head to the beach or explore the island’s many scenic trails. A community pool is conveniently located just a short walk behind the building.

During peak season, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides complimentary transportation throughout the community, including the marina. One car pass is included with your stay, with the option to purchase an additional pass, up to the unit’s two-pass maximum.
