Considered one of the best values in North Forest Beach, this fully furnished six-bedroom retreat is perfect for gathering friends and family for a classic Hilton Head getaway. Originally built in 2002 and thoughtfully updated, the home features modern comforts including flat-screen TVs, a gaming system, high-speed secure internet, free long-distance calls within the U.S., and the use of four beach cruiser bikes.
Designed for relaxation and easy island living, this home invites you to soak up the sunshine by the private pool or take a quick stroll to the beach for a day of sand and surf. Spend your days golfing, playing tennis, biking along the beach, or unwinding poolside. When you’re ready to explore, the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just a five-minute walk away, putting some of Hilton Head’s best dining and entertainment right at your fingertips.
Inside, a large, fully stocked open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and family room, creating an ideal space for gathering and entertaining. A separate dining room and living room provide even more room to spread out and relax. Step outside to enjoy the massive wrap-around porch on both levels or lounge by the pool, surrounded by a private garden setting that enhances the home’s peaceful coastal feel.
The home features six well-appointed bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodations for larger groups. There are two King master suites, one located downstairs and one upstairs, each with walk-in closets, HDTVs with DVD players, spacious en-suite bathrooms with double sinks, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs, and direct access to wrap-around decks. Upstairs, you’ll also find two Queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two Twin beds, and a bunk room with a Twin-over-Queen bunk plus an additional Twin bed. Several bedrooms share Jack-and-Jill or nearby full bathrooms, and many offer direct access to the expansive second-floor deck—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze at any time of day.
