Come and enjoy (WE)st (CO)lumbia’s State Street and walk within minutes to various restaurants, shops, breweries, Carraway Park (playground), and miles of outdoor recreation on the West Columbia River Walk Park! This character packed 1,750sf, 3 bed, 2 bath home has been completely modernized. Within minutes of The Vista and DT Cola, 7 minutes to Williams Brice and 20 minutes to Ft. Jackson, it’s the perfect place to enjoy all that WECO and Columbia have to offer!
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including a main queen bedroom suite with work space, futon, closet and a private bath with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom has a king size bed and the third has two twin beds that are playfully styled for the young or simply the young at heart. The kitchen is completely renovated and fully stocked with full size appliances, an electric range, dishwasher, pantry, refrigerator, white shaker cabinets and granite counters with a glass tile backsplash. Don’t forget to enjoy your morning coffee after a yoga session with the provided yoga mats or a night cap at the kitchen bar with two stools. The living room has a pull-out full-size convertible sofa, Roku TV, and dining area with wood paneling and a bar made out of an old car. Laundry is located in the front entry foyer and
There is parking for 3 vehicles in the paved area to the left of the front door and accessed through the alleyway. Parking is also free on the street, no parking in the alleyway.
