There is a full size laundry center and a powder room located on this level as well. Up the stairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, dedicated work space and a private balcony. This room also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 45 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog. Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles. Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.
