To your left, a sunken living room invites you to unwind, complete with a Smart TV featuring Netflix, YouTube, and other entertainment options. Large glass doors brighten the space and create a welcoming flow from indoors to the pool area. Outside, the elongated pool is lined with sunbeds and a cozy outdoor seating corner, your sunny spot for lounging, reading, or simply soaking up Bali’s warm weather. Head upstairs to find two inviting bedrooms situated across from each other. Both offer king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and a spacious bathtub set beside wide windows, letting you relax while enjoying soft views of the lively Canggu surroundings. Each room carries its own gentle mood, one with breezy tropical details, the other infused with warm Mediterranean textures. The ensuite bathrooms feature rainfall showers for a refreshing, spa-inspired touch. Though compact in size, this villa delivers a charming blend of style and comfort, perfect for slow mornings, poolside afternoons, and peaceful evenings in. There is ongoing construction nearby, which may result in noise disturbances or reduced privacy during working hours. A crane is present near the property and may be visible from certain angles. Noise inside the villa is generally limited, but we want to set accurate expectations for your stay. The entire VILLA IS PRIVATE, just for your use, including the garden, pool and the parking area. FOR FAMILY WITH TODDLERS OR KIDS: We can help you to arrange baby cots, high chair, stair gate, car baby seat and lots more at an extra cost. In the area of the villa these applications are allowed to operate without a problem. These apps also allow you to order food to the villa within just minutes. We can help you download and use these useful applications for your transport needs. We also offer half/full day driving services with our private driver. For more information, please get in touch. - There will be a member of Staff at the villa to welcome you during check-in and explain all that you need to know about the property and answer any of your questions; however if you request or you arrive late, there is a self check-in option as well. You will be given 2 sets of keys to the villa on your arrival. Other useful information will be given in the Villa Booklet and via WA. - Despite of the regular pest control treatments, the villa has open living spaces there may be reptiles, insects and other small animals in and around the villa. Bali is a tropical island and these creatures may appear. - There is currently some *CONSTRUCTION* taking place near by the villa, which may cause un-wanted noise disturbances or lack of privacy from the building site during working hours, which may last till late at night or even 24/7 at times. There is a big crane that is near the villa which may be bothersome to some, however noise entering inside the property is mostly limited. - Due to the tropical island weather and infrastructure, there may very rarely occur unexpected issues with electricity, water supply ( hot & cold ) or Wi-Fi connection.
