A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river and hot tub. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance. This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (2nd Floor) for your vehicle as well as one visitor spot. All visitors spots are first come first serve. You are allowed to park 2 vehicles MAX in the Ocean Blue Garage (This is enforced by the building HOA, unfortunately no exceptions). Ocean Blue 902 has a fully equipped kitchen and offers plenty of seating in the living room which has patio door access to the oceanfront balcony. • Bedroom 1- King Size bed, private bathroom and oceanfront balcony access • Bedroom 2- 2 Queen size beds, private restroom and oceanfront balcony access • Bedroom 3- 1 Queen size bed and 1 bunkbed (2 fulls) • Bedroom 4- King Size bed, attached bathroom • Parking limited to 2 vehicles ONLY - Additional parking passes can be purchased at the resort next door Sun N Sand Resort for $14/day or there is metered parking in front of the building for $10/day. • Luxury Linen package included! • This is a non smoking/non-vaping building, including balconies with the exception of a designated smoking area. • 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. • No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises. • We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent Pool bands must be returned to the rental office on checkout. Unreturned pool bands will result in charges to replace them.
