Adamantia is a beautifully restored stone-built apartment located in the peaceful traditional neighbourhood of Katsimatika on the island of Paxos. Situated on the upper left side of a recently renovated stone building, the apartment features an air-conditioned living and dining area with unobstructed views of the green Paxos countryside.
Access is through a stone-paved path that passes through a small plot and leads to a small gate and a stone courtyard, complete with an outdoor dining area and a built-in barbecue—ideal for enjoying meals in the airy shade.
Inside, the entrance opens into a cosy open-plan space with a well-equipped kitchen on one side, a dining area, and a small living room that opens onto a rear balcony overlooking the countryside. On either side of this area are two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom featuring a rustic-style bathtub and a twin bedroom next to a delightful shower room. A rear balcony with wooden railings provides a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the surrounding greenery.
Steps from the courtyard lead up to the private swimming pool, positioned at a slightly higher level to capture plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The pool area includes a small terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, perfect for unwinding in peace and serenity.
