The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally inviting and outfitted with two queen beds each to ensure a restful night’s sleep for all. The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. Absolutely no smoking or pets. There’s a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat is available upon request at an additional cost of $400 per month.
