The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally inviting and outfitted with two queen beds each to ensure a restful night’s sleep for all.

Big Pine Key strikes a perfect balance between nature and convenience, with stores and restaurants surrounded by miles of biking and walking trails, tropical hardwood, and pine forests. The island’s National Key Deer Refuge, home to 20 endangered species, including the iconic Key Deer, enhances the natural beauty of this open water retreat.
The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. Absolutely no smoking or pets. There’s a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat is available upon request at an additional cost of $400 per month.
