Inside, the main dwelling features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with twin singles, both equipped with study desks. A separate studio dwelling includes a king bedroom with its own ensuite, offering added privacy for couples or extra guests. The main bathroom includes a shower–bath combo and a separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen provides essential appliances and cookware for easy meal preparation, while the open-plan lounge offers a cosy space to relax with a TV and smart entertainment.
Outdoors, a spacious deck and balcony overlook panoramic mountain and bush views, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxation. The property sits within expansive natural bushland with off-street parking for four vehicles. A BBQ connected to the house is available for guest use, and the separate self-contained studio adds flexibility for groups or families. Surrounded by wildlife and forest, the entire retreat delivers a peaceful, private ambience.
This is an off-grid and reliant on solar-battery for electricity and tank for water. So cooperation in using power and water wisely would be appreciated. No electric vehicle charging. Charging is available in Winchelsea and Lorne.
Please note that the Otways have a cool, wet climate year-round, so guests are encouraged to pack warm jackets and sturdy footwear.
