Both rooms come with ensuite bathrooms for added convenience and comfort. Located in a tranquil part of Pererenan, this villa offers the perfect sanctuary to unwind. Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay. The car parking is not available at the villa. The parking space is fit to scooter only. **The villa’s access is narrow making it impossible for cars. However it can be accessed by scooter.** Kindly note that nature sounds are an integral part of Balinese holidays and culture. Indeed, being on a tropical Island, it is not uncommon to hear or spot animals in the surroundings. *Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life. The property is located in a traditional farming area where natural sounds and scents can occasionally be experienced Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions. FAQs Q: What time is check in? A: Check in is from 2 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are very welcome to drop your luggage at the villa and start exploring the neighborhood while our team prepares everything for you. Early check in may be possible depending on availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance. Our on site team is available until 5 PM. For arrivals after 5 PM, we provide a simple and smooth self check in process so you can settle in comfortably at your own pace. Q: What time is check out? A: Check out is at 11 AM to allow our team enough time to prepare the villa beautifully for the next guests. Late check out may be available depending on the next booking schedule and must be confirmed in advance. Additional charges apply. For departures between 11 AM and 3 PM, a fee of 50 percent of the daily villa rate will apply. Any departure after 3 PM will be charged at the full daily villa rate. If you need assistance with luggage storage after check out, please let us know in advance. When the villa is not immediately occupied, we are happy to help store your bags. Q: Is daily housekeeping included? A : Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay. To ensure your privacy and comfort, cleaning is arranged at your preferred time. Simply coordinate with your villa host to schedule the service. Housekeeping is provided once per day. Your dedicated villa host is available via WhatsApp from 9 AM to 5 PM and remains on call for emergencies. They are always happy to assist with any requests, although they do not stay on site at all times. Q : Can we request extra clean towels? A : In support of our eco conscious approach, towels are refreshed every three days. If you would like your towels replaced, please leave them on the floor and our housekeeping team will collect and change them. Towels left hanging on the racks will be considered clean and will not be replaced. If you require additional towels outside of the scheduled change, feel free to reach out to your villa host and we will do our best to assist. Q : What is the maximum occupancy for the villa? A : The maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children. For comfort, safety, and licensing compliance, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond this number at any time. If your group size changes before arrival, please inform us in advance so we can assist you accordingly. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning. License number: 28.06.-07.07.24
