The Sea Pines community is full of amenities and adventures from shopping to horseback riding. Rent a bike to explore the island or the trolley will take you to the beach in the summer months. Just around the corner from the unit is the community pool. This home backs up to the Harbor Town Course which is featured during the RBC Heritage Tournament. Walk to the Harbour Town Golf Course, Restaurants, and Lighthouse. Steps from your back porch are views of the first hole by the clubhouse.
Heritage Hideaway has been beautifully renovated with modern touches. There are two bedroom and two and a half bathrooms to host 7 guests. The living room has a large TV with streaming services and the sofa converts to a bed. Step out to the back patio to grill burgers and dine al fresco, or lounge while enjoying the evening breeze. There is a full kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean up. There is a powder room on the first floor as well. Both bedrooms are updstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds and full attached bathroom. Extend your vacation with ease with WIFI, multiple Smart TVs, and in-home laundry.
This property is pet-friendly for 2 dogs that are housebroken and flea-treated with prior approval. Parking is available for up to 2 cars with the purchase of resort parking passes for payment on your guest account. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building.
