Essentials included: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are not permitted ADDITIONAL AMENITIES (All items listed below are available upon request, $40 per item + tax) Pack N Play High Chair Air Mattress HOUSE RULES Primary renters must be 25 years or older. No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Property Manager does not own or have access to the cameras on-site.
