Tucked in a peaceful spot in the much-loved coastal village of Crail, this semi-detached villa offers generous, easy-going space just a short walk from the village centre and historic harbour. It’s a relaxed home-from-home with a private driveway for two cars and a thoughtfully landscaped garden – ideal for families, friends or golfers looking to explore the East Neuk at their own pace.
Inside, the ground floor is set up for comfortable, sociable stays. A welcoming reception hall leads into a bright lounge/dining room with triple-aspect windows that flood the space with natural light. French doors open straight out to a raised patio and the rear garden, giving you a lovely flow for alfresco breakfasts, evening drinks or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. The room is elegantly furnished with comfy sofas, a gas fire, Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of films and board games, plus a dining table for six. To the rear, a modern fitted kitchen with views over the garden and a separate utility room (with extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave) keep self-catering stays nice and simple, while a handy downstairs WC adds extra convenience.
Also on the ground floor you’ll find a stylish double bedroom positioned to the front – a great option for guests who prefer to avoid too many stairs or have limited mobility. Upstairs, there are two further generous bedrooms: a bright double with wall-to-wall mirrored wardrobes, and a spacious twin with plenty of storage, both overlooking the rear garden.
