Sofia is located on Via delle Carrozze, this road in ancient times was a real carriage house for the Nobles who lived in our splendid and eternal city. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the iconic Spanish Steps!
The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building; inside you are welcomed by a splendid living room with sofa, dining table and a modern equipped kitchen.
The apartment is embellished with very old columns and capitals, dating back to the time of the Ancient Romans. The ceilings feature suggestive wooden beams, while the floor is made of fine marble. There are also two large double rooms with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms, featuring ancient stone sinks.
The bathroom in the second room is worth a mention, where you will be able to admire a truly rare and uniquely charming element: the beautiful shower, also made of stone, which brings to mind the atmosphere of the ancient Roman baths.
The apartment is located on a lively street, as are many streets in central Rome, so one of the bedrooms may experience some evening noise. The windows help reduce most of it.
