An elegant home in the heart of Rome, just a 2-minute walk from Castel Sant’Angelo and only a 10-minute stroll from Piazza di Spagna and the historic center. Costanza Apartment offers five comfortable bedrooms, five new bathrooms, a cosy dining room, and two designer living rooms, one of which includes a modern kitchen. Enjoy the stunning view from our charming terrace, a space designed for your complete relaxation, the perfect spot to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors from morning to evening!
It can accommodate up to 14 guests thanks to its spacious interiors, making it perfect for groups of friends, colleagues, or large families.
The apartment features five rooms:
Double Room 1: king-size bed (180x200 cm) + access to the terrace.
Triple Room 2: king-size bed (180x200 cm) + single bed (90x190 cm) and bathroom en suite.
Triple Room 3: king-size bed (180x200 cm) + single bed (90x190 cm).
Double Room 4: king-size bed (180x200 cm).
Double Room 5: king-size bed (180x200 cm) + bathroom en suite.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the building, with elevator.
There is also an additional sofa bed, located in the smaller living room between Room N°4 and Room N°5. The main living room is the perfect space to relax, featuring a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. Please note that the living room is not large enough to comfortably accommodate the maximum capacity of 14 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Guests will have access to five brand-new bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and a courtesy kit that includes soap and shampoo, ensuring a quality stay. Indipendent heating system and A/C provide maximum comfort in every season. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it an ideal choice for remote workers.

Nearby bus and metro stops provide excellent connections to the rest of the city. Metro Line A stations Spagna and Lepanto are only a 12-minute walk from the apartment. Several bus lines (492, 81, 87, 30, 628, and 119) also offer convenient connections to Rome’s most famous attractions - from Vatican City and the Spanish Steps to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum.
