A hidden gem in the heart of Shipyard! Only minutes to Shipyard’s private beach and minutes to Hilton Head’s most popular public beaches, shops, and restaurants!
Upon entry you are greeted by a lovely living room with a full wall of windows overlooking the private backyard. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas. This is the perfect large gathering space for your family! Both kitchen and living room have access to the oversized back deck and out to the pool and grill area. The backyard is very private, with a lagoon shaped pool, loungers, and plenty of shade!
The first of four bedrooms is just off the living room, featuring two twin trundles, a tv and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The three king bedrooms are on the other side of the home. One of the bedrooms has a private bath with a double vanity, tv, and views of the backyard. The additional king bedrooms face the front of the home, each have a tv, and will share the hall bath with a shower/tub combo. There is an extra sleeping area upstairs with a single twin bed.
