Welcome to luxurious and comfortable living in Sea Pines!
This beautiful high end luxury home has five (5) bedrooms and is a short bike ride (5-10 minutes) to Hilton Head’s world class beaches and the Sea Pines Beach Club. Surrounded by mature live oaks and towering pines, the home is professionally landscaped with a heated private saltwater pool and spillover heated spa. You’ll enjoy stunning views of a lagoon teaming with wildlife and the 17th fairway of the Heron Point golf course by Pete Dye.
The gorgeous, recently renovated, large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen will be one of your favorite spots in the home. This kitchen will handle a small or large family easily. You’ll find beautiful new quartz countertops, a stainless steel farm style sink, custom built cabinetry, a large island that seats 4, breakfast table for 4, double sinks, and 2 Bosch dishwashers. The kitchen has a spectacular view of the pool, lagoon and golf course. Off the kitchen is a wet bar, which has a sink, built-in beverage refrigerator, and cocktail table for two. The laundry room is also downstairs and has a full size washer and dryer.
The spacious family room has two high quality sofas, comfortable seating, and is decorated in low country style. It has a large flat screen Smart TV.
The downstairs includes a living room with a gas log fireplace perfect for relaxing and reading. This room connects to the dining room which seats 8 easily and overlooks the pool and lagoon. There is a half-bath downstairs.
The front stairs lead to the updated first bedroom with king bed. The first bedroom has vaulted ceilings and French doors that open to a private balcony which overlooks the pool, golf course and lagoon. The balcony has been equipped with high end chairs and table. The first bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, private, updated bathroom with double sinks, and a separate shower and tub.
The second bedroom upstairs has a king bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and a view of the lush Maritime Forest. The third bedroom has two twin beds, and a view of the pool, lagoon and golf. These bedrooms share a full split bathroom with a door between the vanities and the shower/toilet area.
The fourth bedroom has a king bed, smart flat screen TV and shares a full bathroom with the fifth bedroom.
The fifth bedroom is accessible from the fourth bedroom or from the back stairs off of the kitchen. It has a spacious living area with leather sofas, 2 full size beds and flat screen TV with a walk-in closet.
Two-car enclosed garage is available with access to one car space.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted.
