This spacious 4th row Palmetto Dunes home is the perfect place for a large family getaway or golf trip! The beach path is directly across from the house and the multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, this house makes for an ideal retreat for any group.
Stepping through the front door you are great with a spacious and bright great room. The living room features two couches and a couple of swivel chairs around a large coffee table. The breakfast table is centered between the living room and the large open kitchen, seating eight. The Kitchen features a gas range on the island, double ovens, and access to the outdoor living space. The formal dining room seats 8-10.
There are three bedrooms on the main level of the house. The Master is set alone on one side with a King bed, large master bath with double vanity, walk in shower, deep soaker tub and a double size walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the home. The first has a king bed, private bath with walk in shower. The other has twin beds with a private bath and a shower/tub combo. Over the garage in its own wing are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with two queens, each has their own bathroom. There is also a den with sleeper sofa in this area and a game table, this is the perfect space for kids.
The second floor has three bedrooms. The first is the second master suite with a king bed, walk in closet and large bath with double vanity, deep soaker tub and separate large shower. The next bedroom has a king bed with a private bath and the last bedroom has two bunk beds with double bed on bottom and twins on top, a private bath with a tub and shower is off of this room. Also upstairs is another den with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with an additional standard size fridge, as well as access to the upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and backyard. All of the bedrooms have a TV.
The outdoor area in this home is perfect. The deck off the living space has a nice sitting area with a couch and two large chairs. There is also an outdoor dining table for six. Down a short flight of stairs is the pool area with a grill, several lounge chairs and additional seating. The backyard is large enough for any outdoor games. This is the perfect place to end your days after spending all day biking or on the golf course or beach! If you are looking for your next prefect getaway look no further!

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
