You will love this fabulous second-floor villa with wonderful views of island living. The kitchen stainless steel GE Profile appliances, lagoon blue quartz countertops, and bright cabinets. There is a counter with barstools for a convenient eating area and the dining area is off the kitchen with an ocean view and a cherry dining table which expands for easy entertaining. The living area is furnished with a new sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress, a matching loveseat with ottomans, comfortable leather swivel window chairs, recliner, a sofa desk, and a 46-inch flat screen HD TV/DVD. There are doors to the oceanfront balcony from the living room.
The master bedroom also has wonderful ocean views, boutique furniture, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a quiet office area. It has a large private bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub with a separate shower. The second master has a new queen bed with a hotel quality mattress as well as a twin bed. It also has a flat-screen TV and a large sliding door to the balcony and a beautiful ocean view. A port-a-crib is also available - just bring crib sheets!
