True Southern Living at its finest! This gorgeous Sea Pines home was completed Spring of 2025. With an open floor plan, ideal indoor/outdoor living, tons of natural sunlight, and steps to the world-famous sandy beaches of Hilton Head, this home is a true gem!
The sun filled living room greets you upon entry. The large great room is perfect for entertaining and family nights gathered together. The oversized kitchen island is the center of the home, surrounded by top-of-the-line appliances, and flowing seamlessly to the dining space and through the sliding glass doors to the gorgeous screened in porch. This is where you will spend most of your time, outdoor living at it’s finest!
On the main level you’ll find a private office space/den, with a built in desk and a sleeper sofa. This room has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The main bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a double vanity, large soaker tub and an oversized walk in shower.
The second level has four bedrooms. The first is a small bunk room with four twin-size built-in bunks. Each bunk has its own light and charging station. The bunk room will share a bathroom with the neighboring king bedroom. The next three bedrooms on this level have king beds and private bathrooms with large walk in showers.
Next to the house runs the beach path leading down to the white sand beaches! Within minutes your toes are in the sand, your beach chair can be set up and it’s time to relax!
