Welcome to 5 Armada, a magnificent 2nd row home in Palmetto Dunes, offering the epitome of Low Country living. This exceptional Hilton Head Island vacation rental is designed with both comfort and style in mind.
Main Level:
As you enter the home, you are greeted by the first of two spacious living rooms featuring two sofas, a TV, and a wet bar with an icemaker. A convenient half bath is located off the living area, and there is direct access to the back deck and pool.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a private bathroom (shower only). Bathroom renovation completed March 2025.
Bedroom 2: King bed with a private bathroom (shower only). Bathroom renovation completed March 2025.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a private bathroom (shower only) and access to the back deck and pool.
A full laundry room is also located on the first floor for your convenience.
Back Wing:
Five steps lead to a secluded section of the home, offering two private bedrooms - perfect for the kids!
Bedroom 4: Two full beds.
Bedroom 5: Two twin beds.
These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Second Floor:
Fifteen steps up, you will find the kitchen, two dining areas, second living room, convenient half bath and the primary suite.
Primary Suite (Bedroom 6): King bed, with exceptionally tall, peaked ceilings for a more open feel, an incredible bathroom including an island with lots of drawer space, 2 closets, 2 sinks, bathtub, and a separate large glass enclosed shower. This suite also has access to a front facing porch. Bathroom renovation completed March 2025.
This second floor has an open floor plan with a large dining room to accommodate 12 people, a smaller open-air breakfast area for 6, an airy kitchen and the second open living room with 2 sofas, 2 club chairs, TV and stereo system that services the entire second floor.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a built-in oven and microwave, and six high-top stools for eating on the bar height kitchen counter.
Outdoor Living:
The private backyard is your perfect escape after a day at the beach. A large, sunny pool is surrounded by a large couch, 2 club chairs, and a coffee table, plenty of loungers, 2 umbrellas, and a shaded spacious deck featuring a large Weber grill to enable a wonderful space to unwind in the evenings.
