402 Captains Walk - If beach walking is one of your passions, look no further for the perfect island accommodations. This 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom Captains Walk villa is located on the 1st floor, where a few steps down from the balcony will bring you to the beautiful, landscaped grounds and onto the complex pool, the picturesque dunes, and miles of newly re-nourished beach.
This condo has light panel wood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, and dining room, while the living room and bedrooms all have carpet. On the right of the entry foyer is the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, and two stools at the counter. There is a small, attached laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer. The dining room has a glass topped wood table that seats six. The living room is very bright and colorful with light blue valances, a light blue striped queen sleeper sofa, an oversized chair, two blue swivel chairs, and a 50” mounted TV. The windows look out to the beautiful palm trees and Atlantic Ocean. The sliding door opens to a covered deck where there is a small table and four chairs.
To the left side of the foyer is a full bath with a single granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can be accessed from the hall or the adjoining bedroom. This bedroom has two double beds and a 32” TV. The spacious master bedroom is at the opposite end of the hall with a king-size bed, two accent chairs, and a mounted 32” TV. The sliding door opens to the back deck. The private bathroom has two separate granite topped vanities and a walk-in shower.
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
Captain’s Walk has a large oceanfront pool, children’s pool and a large, covered deck along with multiple sundecks and a charcoal grilling area. There is no doubt this is a great location for your next vacation in Hilton Head Island.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
