Welcome to 2 Cassina Lane, a wonderfully updated beach cottage in South Forest Beach!
This beautiful beach cottage has been updated, there are new furnishings and flat screen TVs in both sitting areas and all the bedrooms. The home is decorated in a beach theme décor and is so inviting and comfortable. The beach cottage is a single floor plan. There are no steps at the home. The living room has cathedral ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a 50" Roku TV and nice furnishings. The dining area has seating for eight and is open to a second sitting area that offers 50" Roku TV and views of the private back yard and the beautiful private pool that can be heated for an additional cost. The kitchen is updated, there are maple cabinets, granite counter tops and is well equipped.
There are three guest rooms, all with private baths. There are two master bedrooms both with king beds, a 43" Roku TV and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin bed & the lower level is a double bed and there is also a trundle bed located below for small kids. This room also features a 43" Roku TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The fully fenced backyard is where you will find your private pool, with a large pool deck, plenty of lounge chairs, a table and umbrella for dining and a gas grill.
The home is located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza were you will find shopping, dining, local entertainers, a local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and the grocery store. The home is also located within walking distance to tennis and a fitness center and the bike path is located across the street. There are 55 miles of paved bike paths on the island.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
