You will experience tranquility and total relaxation in this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Hilton Head vacation rental located on the first floor of Building H. It is private, yet steps to the beach and pool and a short bike ride to golf, tennis, and the general store. This villa has light blue walls, beautiful plank flooring, and beach décor throughout. The large open living area includes a living room, a formal dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of counter space for cooking and hosting great family meals. There are four high-top chairs at the breakfast bar and in the adjacent dining room there is a glass topped wooden table with five chairs and a bench seat. This opens into the living room allowing everyone a space to be together, which is great for entertaining and family gatherings. There is a beige striped sofa, two chairs, and a 55” TV. Off the living room guests will be able to enjoy dining, relaxing with coffee or just some private time in the amazing large wraparound screened porch surrounded by lush tropical landscaping outside - pure serenity! The screened porch has ceiling fans to keep you cool, a round glass table for four, a wicker rocking chair, and two other wicker chairs. Located off the living area is the first of three bedrooms which has 2 Queen beds, a tray ceiling, and 43” TV. The large, private bathroom has a double granite vanity, a large tub, and separate walk-in shower. There is also private access to the large, screened porch from this bedroom, for those times you just need some "down time" to catch up on your latest novel or magazine! The other two bedrooms are located off a hallway to the right of the villa entrance. The first bedroom down this hall has a King bed, desk and chair, and a 43” mounted TV. The bathroom has a single vanity and shower/tub combo and opens into the hallway. The second bedroom is the spacious Master bedroom featuring a tray ceiling, King bed, 43” TV, and private bathroom. This bathroom is very spacious and has a large walk-in closet, a soaking tub, double granite vanities, and a large separate shower with a bench. Guests can also access the screened porch from this bedroom. There is also a laundry room off the foyer. The highlight of this villa is most definitely the large wraparound screened porch. Plenty of room for everyone, the screened porch provides serene wooded views. The community pool area and provides a quiet refuge after a day at the beach or on the Hilton Head golf links. The complex amenities include a pool with spa, a kiddie pool, a gazebo, and grilling area for guest use.
