As evening descends, retreat to one of the picturesque sit-outs, where soft breezes and mountain silhouettes create the perfect backdrop for conversation and quiet reflection. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, a single bed, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, a single bed, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BEDROOM 3 This bedroom is on the first floor. Includes an AC, Wi-Fi, a single bed, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is 1 living room. Includes AC, WI-Fi, and a sound system. Comes with a dining area. TV ROOM There is 1 separate TV room. It is furnished with comfortable seating and basic amenities. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a well-manicured lawn. It can seat up to 6 people at any given time. POOL There is a private plunge pool. The pool is 18ft x 10ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the property. - In case you would like to host an event at the property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - Inverter backup supports lights and fans for 2–3 hours. Generator can be arranged on request; cost will be borne by the guest. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY  - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per pet per night. - A security deposit of Rs. 10000 will be collected at the time of check-in. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.  - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
