BATHROOMS There are 6 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. Two of the bathrooms feature a bathtub and a jacuzzi is offered in one of the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room situated on the ground floor. Includes AC, TV, WI-Fi and a patio. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. LAWN There is a 15000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can accommodate up to 50 people at any given time. POOL There is a private pool. The pool is 12ft x 30ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup is available at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per session. - Al fresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Property Manager does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, Property Manager will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - All-male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 15,000. - This is a pet-friendly property. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the DG can provide backup. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. - As a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 2000 per pet and Rs. 10,000 as security deposit. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
