The living area is tastefully decorated with plush sofas, armchairs and a bar, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.  The villa boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size or queen beds, quality linens, and ample closet space. The spacious master suite features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. One of the villa’s most exceptional features is its outdoor living space. A large covered terrace with a dining area, BBQ grill, and comfortable seating provides an ideal space for enjoying the golf course views and the tropical climate. The villa also has a private swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck, perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the Caribbean breeze. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the resort’s many activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing excursions. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival, under penalty of losing the entire deposit. Cancellations within 59 days or less will not be refunded. Dec. 18 thru Jan. 5 and Thanksgiving week: The Reservation Deposit is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. In the event that the cancellation is due to force majeure, the Intermediary will propose to the Renter new possible rental dates available for the same property, within a period of twelve (12) months from the signing of this agreement, and taking into account possible rate changes per season.
