The villa is decorated with comfortable and esthetic design pieces and is located in most precious spot in Kea.
From the House, and by foot, you can enjoy the beautiful sailing and fishermen’s port of Vourkari with its amazing blue waters, delicious restaurants ( the Vourkarion is a great one !), relaxing bars, art avant-garde Gallery and cool boutiques are all around the Vourkari Bay.
Also, the Villa is very close to beautiful and idyllic beaches, the closest is 15 minutes walk from the house, it is a small beach nested in a rock cove, with turquoise waters, clean blond sand and old pine trees, the beach owns a nice coffee-bar to get lunch and drinks over the day.
The Scuba Diving Club of Kea is 5 minutes walk from the house : KEA is one of the most famous and beautiful diving spot in the Cyclades. The Kea Scuba Diving Club takes care of all divers including beginners. At the foot of the house, on Vourkari Bay, you can also enjoy skimboard and paddle.

The House offers 3 bedrooms with large beds : two are 160 cm X200 cm and one is 180cm X 200 cm , the bedding is new and premium is all bedrooms. All the Bedrooms have a great view on Vourkari Bay and air conditioning. One bedroom is an independent guest house with its private bathroom and entrance.
We enter the house through a handmade glass and steel double door. The white and welcoming entrance leads to two bedrooms : a double bedroom with a beautiful 4 porter antique bed and the master bedroom which includes a small lounge with a relaxing “meridienne” A double shower bathroom completes the ground floor.
Lighted white stairway leads to a 180° lounge and kitchen-bar overviewing the Vourkari Sea Bay. The lounge is framed with a white running desk, to have a coffee, use a computer,… overlooking Vourkari Bay..
From the lounge area, a glass door leads to an outside terrace covered with a wood pergola with a stunning 270° view enjoying the sea and the eco-friendly natural hills.
Then, a ZenTerrace, settled with sunbeds and floor cushions offers a contemplative view on sky and sea, enjoying the sun, a great Yoga session, or having a cocktail while sunset are an experience…
The Zen Terrace faces and dominates all the sea bay and makes you enjoy a cycladic nature pearl.
Then, a stone stairway gets you down to the swimming-pool area : a 420 square meters swimming pool area welcomes you with its large mosaic swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds, seats and benches full of colorful an fresh color cotton and linen cushions.
On the swimming-pool area, you will enjoy the Summer kitchen, the Summer dining-room and a giant stone BBQ covered with a wooden pergola. The Summer dining-room displays a large concrete table and offers magic summer dinners by the sea, overlooking the bay while dining with friends and family. A bathroom with a shower, and WC complete the swimming pool area for your best comfort.
Also…The Villa Liana is wonderfully enlightened by an adorable little church located on the property. The church is opened and decorated with authentic icons. There is no on-site parking. You need to park the car on the road and then walk up a path and stairs some 150 meters
