This is a peaceful, upscale neighborhood just 20–25 minutes from all the best parts of San Diego, the beaches, Downtown, Balboa Park, you name it. Since we’re just outside of city limits, you save 11.75% from the rest of San Diego, and are still not far from all the action! 📌 These are the staging photos when we bought the house, and we’re still adding the final touches, so some of the furniture and fixtures will look different and better than the photos!
