6207 Hampton Place is the larger of the 2BR floorplans in Hampton Place and the closest 2BR to the ocean. This beautiful villa has just been updated with all new furnishings, LVP flooring throughout, fresh paint and bedding, new patio furniture, and a relaxing coastal décor. It has direct oceanfront views from the open living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as from both bedrooms. The living area has a queen sofa bed, loveseat, 2 swivel chairs, 70” 4K Smart TV, and an assortment of books, puzzles and games for that occasional rainy day or evening family game night! The dining area is open to a generously equipped kitchen with stone counters, bar stools, and stainless steel appliances. A large laundry room is off the kitchen.
The direct oceanfront primary bedroom has a king bed, 50’ HD TV, and 2 closets including a large walk-in. The primary bath, renovated in 2025, has new tile flooring, large soaking tub, separate walk shower, and expansive counter with dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom suite is very private and can serve as a 2nd primary suite with a King size bed. The bath has a tub/shower and large counter with 2 sinks. A large walk-in closet completes the area.
The oceanfront balcony has seating for four, including 2 Adirondack gliders, and can be accessed from both the living area and the 2nd bedroom.
The grounds of the Hampton Place complex are extensive with multiple pools, including a family pool, baby pool, a separate adult pool, as well as a hot tub. They also include gas grills and dining area, gazebo, boardwalk to the beach and a private fitness center. Bike paths and a Palmetto Dunes shuttle during most seasons connect to golf courses, kayak and canoe facilities, shopping, and restaurants.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
