The primary bath, renovated in 2025, has new tile flooring, large soaking tub, separate walk shower, and expansive counter with dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom suite is very private and can serve as a 2nd primary suite with a King size bed. The bath has a tub/shower and large counter with 2 sinks. A large walk-in closet completes the area. The oceanfront balcony has seating for four, including 2 Adirondack gliders, and can be accessed from both the living area and the 2nd bedroom. The grounds of the Hampton Place complex are extensive with multiple pools, including a family pool, baby pool, a separate adult pool, as well as a hot tub.
