On this floor there is also a small fitness room ( tapis roulant, pilates and yoga tools ). 10 steps down is the dining room with table for 11+1 people and fireplace (cannot be used). 6 steps down is the living room and social areas with large comfy sofas and wide screen TV, the use of clear floor-to-ceiling glass opens the interior to its natural surroundings. The villa is great even in winter months. In the summer open up the doors and enjoy the majestic views and fresh breeze! A laundry room with washing machine is located in the basement.
