This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa offers luxurious living with stunning, direct ocean views from the 4th floor. Every inch of this home has been updated with brand-new flooring, fresh paint, stylish furniture, and elegant décor.
The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, and a 60" SMART TV, perfect for relaxing while taking in the panoramic views. The wood dining table comfortably seats six, ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. The kitchen has been completely renovated with high-end finishes, including sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a striking ocean blue backsplash. Four bar chairs provide additional seating at the kitchen island, making it a great space for casual dining.
To the right of the living area is the master suite, which boasts a king-sized bed, 42" SMART TV, ocean views, and private access to the balcony. The master bathroom is a retreat of its own, featuring a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.
On the left side of the foyer, you’ll find a guest bedroom with two king beds, 42"SMART TV, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The third bedroom is also equipped with a king bed, 42" SMART TV, and a private bathroom with double vanity and a large roll-in shower, offering both style and accessibility.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
