Surrounding the pool, you’ll find ample seating, including four lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, a dining table for four, and an additional dining table that seats six—ideal for group meals under the stars.
This charming classic Sea Pines home has a spectacular two story living room with a wall of windows, giving you panoramic views of the pool, lagoon, and golf course. The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms and is tastefully decorated with beach décor throughout.
The kitchen has white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large island with seating for four and beautiful backsplash, tying it all together! The kitchen opens to the dining area that has a dark wood table with seating for six. Just behind the dining room is the laundry room where there is a full size washer and dryer.
Just a few steps up, you’ll find a spacious bonus room located above the garage—an ideal hangout spot for kids, teens, or even a second family. Outfitted with a 43” TV, DVD/VCR player, a plush blue queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and two full-over-king bunk beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax, play, or wind down after a day of island adventures. For added convenience and privacy, the bonus room includes its own full bathroom with a pedestal sink and tub/shower combo, making it a fully self-contained suite within the home.
This light-filled room also opens to a brand-new outdoor deck that overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard. The sunny deck is a private oasis, featuring four comfortable chairs, three lounge chairs, and a spiral staircase that leads directly down to the pool area—perfect for easy access and added fun.
Back on the first floor, at the back of the house, is the huge living room with cathedral ceilings. There is a blue sofa, matching love seat, two accent chairs and a 50” TV mounted over the fireplace. The bookshelf has books, games and puzzles for everyone’s entertainment.
The second floor on this side of the house has the remaining bedrooms. To the right is a queen bedroom with a chair and 32” TV. This room has a private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. To the left is a king bedroom with accent chair. A private bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. All upstairs bedrooms have sliders and private balconies with views of the pool, golf course and lagoon.
