The townhouse is the perfect pied-a-terre for family dropping their adult children off at one of Edinburgh’s many universities, or visiting for graduations. The Townhouse can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children. Property Manager Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation. -Booking Requirements- One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in. - Important - This property is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties, young single sex groups or parties. We politely ask that the garden not be used after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.
