This classic style Hilton Head home has been completely renovated with a brand new pool. As you walk in you are greeted with all of the coastal colors and feels. To your right is the open plan kitchen with bar seating, lovely stone countertop and new appliances. The dining room seats 6 and leads straight into the living room. This is the perfect place to put your feet up at the end of the day, with two large sectionals for conversation or lounging and a large screen TV. The screened in porch tops off the main living area.
The first bedroom is just off the living room, with a king bed, tv and access to the hall bath. The master bedroom is on the main floor down a separate hallway with access out to the pool. The master bedroom features a king bed, small sitting area, and a large private bath with walk in shower and a soaking tub. On the second level are the other bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, tv and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double queen bunk bed, tv and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
The pool will be the perfect place to cool off at the end of the day! With the screened in porch overlooking and a grassy backyard everyone will be able to be together regardless of the activity. Short 5 minute stroll to Palmetto Dunes General store and tennis center.
