HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This spacious 3rd row home is located in the heart of Sea Pines, and is close to South Beach Marina and many island activities. The warm living room features a sectional sofa, TV and decorative fireplace and a bathroom off the living room. It also opens to the dining room that has a large table to seat eight. The best part of this house is the large, fully equipped kitchen which features an island with five bar stools, granite counters, Culligan water system (no need to buy water) and a cozy sitting area.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a shower, jetted tub, double sinks and a walk in closet.
The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs. The first two have two twin beds in each, TV’s, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD and a private bathroom.
The outdoor amenities include a pool and a gas grill.
Just a two minute walk to the beach, this house is an Property Manager favorite and will be soon become one of yours.
**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September.
*Please note, this house is 3rd row (2 minute walk to the beach) and does not require traveling to a beach entry. However, should you wish to use the facilities of the Sea Pines Beach Club please note the following: there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis.
A Free beach shuttle service is offered for beach access – refer to your property information for parking lot locations.
Beach parking is available after 5pm every day with no limitations.
