HILTON HEAD. Great Sea Pines home with a wonderful view of the 3rd hole of Heron Point Golf Course. This 3BR, 2.5BA property features a living area with game table/extra seating for 4, a dining room with seating for up to 8, and a galley-style kitchen with custom cabinets, granite throughout, and stainless appliances. The entire back wall of this home offers sliding doors leading out to the patio with amazing golf views.
As you enter the front door, you will find all three bedrooms on the left wing of the house. The master offers a king bed, TV, slider to the patio, and a private bathroom with a glass shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, TV, and a built-in bookshelf. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a slider to the pool area out front. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hall. The den has a sleeper sofa with pocket doors.
Outside you will find a large screened-in porch with plenty of seating, beautiful long golf views, and a large pool with spa* surrounded by a privacy fence and courtyard. This property is located in the heart of Sea Pines and is just a one mile bike ride from Sea Pines Beach Club with easy access to the beach path, Heron Point Club House, Harbour Town and Lawton Stables.
**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September.
**Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Spa cannot be heated separately from pool and cannot be heated in the summer. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.
