HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This lovely home charms guests with its warmth and comfort while you enjoy a relaxing getaway.
There are 15 steps leading to the front door of this spacious home located on the corner of Sea Lane and Lee Shore in Palmetto Dunes. Upon entry is a formal living room with access to the back deck. The dining room table is immediately to the right of the entry and has seating for eight. Moving past these spaces to the left of the home are two bedrooms.
- The first bedroom has queen bed, TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
- The second bedroom on this side has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet as well as a linen closet. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with a spa tub, separate walk-in shower, enclosed water closet, double sink vanities with a make-up vanity in between and a skylight to let natural light in. This room also has a sliding glass door leading to the back deck.
On the right side of the home you will find the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including built-in double ovens and a side by side refrigerator. The kitchen layout is spacious enough to let the family help with meal preparation.
Just off the kitchen is an eat-in breakfast nook with seating for six. There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.
Adjacent the kitchen is a beautifully decorated family room offering a large sectional sofa, TV, and a decorative fireplace. This is the perfect place to gather together and play games or just relax. There is also a sliding glass door leading to the back deck.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the right side of the home.
- The third bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and a private entrance to the hall bathroom with a corner walk-in shower.
The outside amenities include an expansive deck with an outdoor table with seating for six, a gas grill, a pool with lounge chairs, and full cabana bathroom on the deck to the right. This Hilton Head home is located less than half a mile walk to the beach and has a serene view of the woods.
