Queens Grant is a lovely community centrally located on the Island, inside of Palmetto Dunes. Shelter Cove in one direction and the Atlantic in the other! Two of Queens Grant’s five pools are within a minute walk.
The open floor plan living area features a wall of windows and sliding glass doors, letting in a ton of natural sunlight. The living room features a sleeper sofa, loveseat and comfy swivel chair, with a flat screen TV. The dining table seats six people with the kitchen overlooking the living room..
The main bedroom features a Queen bed, smart tv, slider to patio, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed, smart tv, and a bathroom with a standup shower. The sunny patio has a charcoal grill and a table for four. This will be the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal.
