The bedrooms are splashed in color and are kept cool by the home’s central air-conditioning. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the home’s private washer/dryer whenever your swimsuits need to be refreshed. This rental is for the entire two story home. 4WD/traction is strongly recommended all year and especially the Green season months. The house is located on a municipal road marked 4x4 Solo. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No permit needed
