Once the evening arrives, a well-equipped kitchen with new countertops and top-of-the-line appliances is available for cooking a Lowcountry feast. Three bedrooms have fantastic views of the famous Edisto sunsets, and you’ll love the new, luxury, premium, pillow-top, hotel-grade mattresses. Free WiFi and seven TVs will keep each guest entertained in case a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach or boat. Outside, the new beachside and streetside stairs will make it easy to access the water. If boating is on your schedule, the Marina at Edisto Beach is only a half-mile away for a convenient spot to launch the boat for a day of fishing or cruising. THINGS TO KNOW There are two new and modern sofas available in the living room. New luxury, premium, pillow tops, and hotel-grade mattresses are provided. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
