Charming apartment with sea view terrace located inside of a residence, in a relaxing atmosphere and near the sea.
The apartment is spread on two levels: the basement’s layout features a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a spacious living room with television and double sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom equipped with shower box and bidet. The second floor consists of a second loft bedroom with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a wonderful private terrace overlooking the sea. A well equipped beach with a private swimming pool is located 500 meters from the apartment.

Moving south, Polignano a Mare, known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” will leave you speechless with its crystal-clear waters and rock embroidered with cavities carved by the sea.
