The property is fully gated with an electric entrance and coded garage access. High-speed fibre optic internet is available throughout, with seven Wi-Fi access points covering the entire house, garden, and pool. The villa is also well-suited for company retreats, with desks, chairs, and presentation equipment available on request. Children and Infants Welcome
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.
No Smoking
No smoking inside the villa nor balconies. You can smoke in the pergola and outside the bar. Please use ashtrays.

Pets are not allowed.

No Fire
Indoors and Outdoors fires are strictly forbidden.
Electricity Usage
Please close the windows when using A/C. Please shut off the AC when you leave the villa.

White towels are for indoors usage only. Coloured towels are for pool area and beach.

No food nor drinks in bedrooms. Please use plastics glasses in the pool area.
