Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, heater, sound system and a patio. Comes with dining areas in each living room. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen only for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a cosy lawn with a sitout space that offers stunning views of the surrounding. It can seat up to 10 people at any given time. POOL There are two lovely pools at the property. One of the pools is 12ft x 18ft with a depth of 4ft and the other is a round plunge pool with a depth of 6ft.. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. GYM There is an in-house gym for all those fitness enthusiasts. GAMES ROOM There is a dedicated games room. It offers games like billiards, carrom, table tennis and board games. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. - As a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 12 pets at an additional charge of Rs 1000, per pet. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
