All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room situated on the ground floor. Include AC, TV, WI-Fi, sound system, game console and a patio. Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Light Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 7000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can accommodate up to 200 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is an outdoor pool. The pool come with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Al fresco dining can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000, per night. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 700, per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - All-male groups are allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. In exceptional cases where pets are permitted, they will not be allowed inside the villa. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the DG can provide backup. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Light cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
