The fabulous 2409 Sea Crest is a beautifully appointed three bedroom, three bathroom villa in one of the most desired complexes in Forest Beach. This villa has great views of the Atlantic Ocean from both master suites and the living room and can sleep up to 10 people! This villa is on the fourth level of the complex and has coastal decorations throughout. The foyer, living room, dining room and kitchen are all tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted.
To the left of the entrance is the first master suite. It has a king size bed, a wicker accent chair and a 43” TV with DVD player. The private bath has a double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower. This room also has its own private balcony with beautiful ocean views. To the right of the entrance you will find the guest bedroom with two queen beds, an accent chair and a TV. The attached bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and/or the hallway. It has a double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower. In the hall you will find a full size washer and dryer.
You will love the open floor plan of the main living area that is full of sunlight and gorgeous ocean views. This villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. The breakfast bar has seating for three; in addition to the dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The living room is a great place to crash after a fun day in the sun. There are four chairs and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, as well as, a 50” Samsung TV with DVD player. The sliding glass door leads you to the private balcony and has a table that seats 6.
Off the living room is the other master suite that has a king bed, walk-in closet, and 43” TV. The private master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.
This villa has direct access to all of the wonderful amenities the Sea Crest complex has to offer. The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment.
