Each unit at Mandala Residences occupies two floors:
• Ground Floor: Main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor living area, outdoor dining area, kitchen and swimming pool.
• Second Floor: Three bedrooms, including the master bedroom.

• The main outdoor dining area features a rectangular table that can seat 6 guests plus kitchen counter seating indoors that can seat 3.
